Introduction

Welcome to r7777 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "r7777", "we", "us" or "our"). r7777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides access to casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets, including events of particular interest to Pakistani players such as Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") set out the rules, rights and obligations that apply to all registered users ("Users") of the r7777 platform. By creating an account, accessing any content or placing any wager on r7777, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy).

r7777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the r7777 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications or services operated under the r7777 brand.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the r7777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table or sports betting market via the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer or incentive made available by r7777 to eligible Users, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total qualifying bet amount that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the set of controls and procedures in place to detect and prevent financial crime.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held within a User's Account, excluding any active bonus balances unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond r7777's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes or telecommunications failures.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on r7777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction.
2. You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
3. You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
4. You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by r7777 or any affiliated platform for breach of these terms.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee or director of r7777 or any of its technology or service providers.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on r7777. The creation of duplicate, linked or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. r7777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify r7777 support immediately via live chat.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

r7777 may require you to complete identity verification at any point — including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals or when triggered by AML monitoring. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Additional documentation such as proof of address or payment method verification may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Terms of Use

By using the r7777 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access r7777, browse content, place wagers and use account features strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Sharing account access with or placing bets on behalf of third parties.
• Attempting to hack, interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security systems or data.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national or international law.

5.3 Platform Availability

r7777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues or events of Force Majeure may result in temporary unavailability. r7777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Pakistani users are familiar with payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. 6.2 Withdrawals

r7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the account, subject to operator cashier policy at the time of the request.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. r7777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable operator policy. Users will be notified prior to any such fee being applied where practically possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

r7777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback schemes or other promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games and contribution rates will be specified in the promotion terms. Illustrative example: a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement attached to PKR 5,000 in bonus funds requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.

7.2 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or transaction as specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided. r7777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms or cancel a bonus already credited where there is evidence of abuse, technical error or breach of these terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per User

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per eligible User, household, device, IP address and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same introductory offer multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on r7777 are subject to the specific game rules, sportsbook rules and any applicable event-level conditions published on the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, r7777's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final, subject to any dispute resolution process available to Users.

8.1 Sportsbook

Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to market closure. r7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Settled bets will not ordinarily be reopened, except where a clear and demonstrable error has occurred. Cricket markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournament matches and international fixtures — are subject to specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section.

8.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games and live dealer titles operate according to individual game rules provided within the game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. Live dealer game decisions are final once the round has concluded.

8.3 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a disputed game or bet outcome, Users must raise the matter with r7777 support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. r7777 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through the operator's licensing jurisdiction dispute channels.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, r7777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from your gaming or betting decisions.

r7777 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, security breaches or data loss. While we take reasonable technical measures to maintain Platform integrity, we cannot warrant that all information on the Platform is accurate, complete or current at all times. Any reliance on Platform content is at your own risk.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit r7777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

r7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• The User has provided false or misleading registration information.
• KYC or AML obligations have not been satisfied within a required timeframe.
• Continuing to provide services to the User would expose r7777 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, r7777 will process any remaining verified balance in accordance with applicable withdrawal policies, subject to the outcome of any pending investigations. Balances associated with bonus abuse, fraud or AML concerns may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where a breach is confirmed.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting r7777 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and, once confirmed, the User will not be permitted to re-register for a specified exclusion period.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r7777 holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may apply independently of this Agreement. r7777 does not provide legal advice and Users are responsible for seeking independent legal guidance where required.

Amendments

r7777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, r7777 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the contact details associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
